Shipments and Returns

Shipments
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped either via Royal Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature or TNT Courier for larger parcels. Please allow 3 days from despatch for delivery. If you prefer delivery by another method or required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us by email before placing your order.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Damaged packages should be notified to us by email as soon as possible.

Returns
If you have cause to return your goods please try to contact us as soon as possible. We do everything in our power to try and get the correct products to you as soon and as safely as possible. However, we are all human and mistakes and accidents can sometimes happen. We will always sort out any problem you have as long as you contact us as soon as possible.

    1.    You must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
    2.    We ask that you return all goods with their original packaging.
    3.    Goods must not be fitted or used.

Please include a postal receipt so that we can refund your postage costs, but only Royal Mail 1st Class or Standard Parcels for larger items. If you send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services, we can only refund the appropriate 1st class or Standard Parcel postage cost.
 
As soon as we receive the goods we’ll let you know by email. We’ll carry out your instructions (either cancel your order or in the case of damaged goods re-send your new goods) then refund you any standard postage costs.
 
All of our sites comply with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. We are not out to rip anyone off - we want happy, satisfied customers that return time and again. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may have been despatched, up to 14 days from receipt. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
