Aluminium Composite Material

Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) is the perfect material for a long lasting weatherproof sign. Trade names include Dibond®, Reynobond®, and Alupanel®. Generally only 3mm in thickness it is lightweight and yet remarkably strong. A central plastic core within an aluminium sandwich, this rigid board can be fitted directly to walls, fences and the like by means of screws and caps or by Plastic Sprint Plugs (Available in our Fixings Category).

Simply let us know what message you require and our In-house Design Studio will produce artwork and submit it to you for approval. Once approved we will print your sign and dispatch it within 48 hours.

We also sell this versatile material unprinted for any DIY use you may have. And there are lots of uses! Please see our Plain ACM section for available sheet sizes. ACM can be worked with normal woodworking tools and can be drilled, sawn, planed, sanded, countersunk, or even routered. A handy feature being that you can router a “V” Groove in the back of it and actually bend it to form a perfect seamless corner! Email us for an instruction sheet.
